Season 3 for Modern Warfare Announced

April 8th will mark a significant date for enthusiasts behind Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. This’ll be when the third season content is released to supporters for free-of-charge. It’ll implement new changes for both the Warzone and Multiplayer game modes, with the Activision Company showcasing some details through their official Twitter Page. Diehard loyalists have deciphered that information and leaked it to gaming outlets across North America.

Reviewing the released image, which showcases the various details provided through Twitter, loyalists located that new maps would be implemented. It appears that a fan favourite will be returning, with that location being Backlot from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, which is the original version of the 2019/2020 Updated Model. Village will also be returning from Modern Warfare Three, with some data miners noticing information that could indicate Favela from MW2 being released by Season Four.

The second season behind Call of Duty: Modern Warfare – 2019 was launched on February 11th. It allowed players to become reacquainted with Rust, a fan favourite map from Modern Warfare Two. Releasing maps from all three titles in the original MW franchise shows that MW2019 can have upwards of 50+. Activision has confirmed that they’ll continue to support the Modern Warfare 2019 title throughout the next two years. This means new content will be continually added during the next twenty-four months.

The Warzone Mode

Another significant element behind this announcement is that Warzone will be receiving its 1st transition with the third season content. Loyalists behind this franchise are speculating if new locations will be implemented throughout the Warzone Map of Verdansk. Considering that original blueprints for the Warzone Map showcased areas like Favela and Highrise, it wouldn’t be surprising to see new sites added with future content drops. Fans won’t know what new maps or services will be provided into Warzone until Season Three drops on April 8th.

There is more than 30+ Million worldwide that have installed Call of Duty: Warzone, which is separate from Modern Warfare 2019. Though both games are integrated into one service for users that previously purchased MW2019, consumers that didn’t buy this title can install Warzone separately for free. The requirement of PlayStation Live isn’t needed, allowing for anybody with a PlayStation Four to download and install this title. It’s prompted for Warzone to become more popular than Fortnite and Apex Legends in the last two months.
